- Check the top gap and bracket position against the frame. A thickness match does not prove the door will close properly; do not force a binding door.
- Allow for the 14.25-by-4.25-by-23.75-inch organizer plus the size of the hung items. Test the swing toward walls, cabinets and neighboring doors.
- Choose contents that remain easy to remove without pulling down neighboring items. Leave room around damp belongings to dry rather than packing every hook tightly.
